Karasu wa Aruji wo Erabanai Anime Premieres on April 6

Karasu wa Aruji wo Erabanai, an upcoming TV anime based on the second novel in the Yatagarasu fantasy series, has announced six additional cast members and additional details for its Japanese broadcast release. The series will premiere on the NHK Network on April 6, 2024.

The new cast members include:

* Sumio, voiced by Eiji Takeuchi
* Natsuka, voiced by Satoshi Hino
* Rokon, voiced by Hiroshi Shirokuma
* Atsufusa, voiced by Kengo Kawanishi
* Fujinami, voiced by Yoshino Aoyama
* Ohmurasaki no Omae, voiced by Atsuko Tanaka

The series is directed by Yoshiaki Kyogoku at animation studio Pierrot, with a script by Yukiko Yamamuro, character designs by Takumo Norita, music by Eishi Segawa, and sound direction by Yuji Tange.

The Yatagarasu fantasy series follows Yatagarasu, a legendary three-legged raven from Japanese mythology, in an alternate world named Yamauchi ruled by a tribe of Yatagarasu that can assume human form. The series follows Yukiya, a Yatagarasu boy chosen to serve as the master of the beautiful and eccentric young prince, Nazukihiko, as they encounter various intriguing incidents at the royal palace.

The anime has previously unveiled two key visuals and is highly anticipated by fans of the series and Japanese fantasy in general. With this latest announcement, fans can look forward to a talented cast and crew bringing this unique and captivating world to life on screen.
