Fushigi Dagashiya Zenitendo TV Anime Unveils New Key Visual

Fushigi Dagashiya Zenitendo, a new TV anime series based on the popular children’s book series, is set to premiere in Japan on April 5, 2024. The show has released a mysterious new visual featuring Beniko, the proprietor of the mysterious candy shop.

The original books were written by Reiko Hiroshima and illustrated by jyajya, and are published in Japan by Kaieisha. The TV anime adaptation is directed by Katsumi Ono at animation studios Toei Animation and Gallup, with Yuji Kobayashi providing the series composition and Kenichi Hara serving as chief animation director.

According to the story, the candy shop only appears to lucky people, and Beniko offers custom-designed sweets that can ease the worries of those who eat them, but only if the customers follow the rules and consume the candies correctly.

The anime is set to explore further mysteries and will premiere in April 2024.
